Why You Should Start Using Rose Water + What It Did For Me

Cassy February 15, 2019 ,

Hey guys, what’s been good? Did you have a lovely Valentine? Did you spread Love? Did you receive Love? I did receive Love. Well, not to bore you so much, let’s jump right into this.

Did you know that Rosewater is good for both your skin and hair? Have you always wanted to try Rosewater? What’s been stopping you? Okay, I’d let you in on how it helped me but first I’d tell you a little bit about Rosewater and the benefits.

The usage of Rosewater dates back to early Egypt, when Cleopatra used the natural product in her skincare regime. Rosewater has been used for thousands of years. Rosewater is a flavoured water made by steeping rose petals, in water.

Benefits Of Rosewater.

• Rosewater helps maintain the skins pH balance, and also controls excess oil.

• Rosewater has anti-inflammatory properties that can help get rid of acne, eczema and reduce the redness of irritated skin.

• It aids in removing oil and dirt accumulated in clogged pores and is a great cleanser.

• Rosewater enhances the mood, when it is applied on your skin it makes you more relaxed.

• Rosewater is also used to flavour food.

• Rosewater also contains antioxidants.

• Rosewater also relives headaches.

• Rosewater helps prevent and treat infections.

There are so many benefits of using Rosewater, the list goes on, but I’d stop here. Now moving on to what Rosewater has done for my skin, particularly my face.

"But so far, so good."

Lol, guyyyys, It took me great courage to put up this photo lol. I mean, I know my skin is fine and trying to get balanced lol. Yeah, I know we spreading positivity, yes I look weird and I also am beautiful, lol. Anyways, I’ve been using this rosewater for about 4 days now, and yes, it’s been working.

Its closing up the pores on my face but it’s really taking time to get rid of the acne, even tho I have like 3 on my right cheek. I mean, it’s only been 4 days, so I’m chill. I’d continue to use this for like another 3 days and see how it truly works and what more I can get out of using Rosewater. But so far, so good.

Plus, my skin looks dry, I don’t have a skin regimen, sadly. Probably because I’m lazy or most products are pricy, lol, but if you have any suggestions for me, please let me know down below in the comment section.

And I bought the Rosewater at a store in Owerri for 800 naira, so yeah, it’s not so pricy.

You can try this with me and see how this Rosewater helps your skin too.

Quote of the day: Your only limit is your mind.

Sending you Love and Light. Peace!💕
